Our Wedding Essentials Package is created for couples who want to ensure to stay in budget, receive top quality products and service, and anyone looking for the convenience of only working with one company to handle all your wedding needs.
Every wedding (and couple) is different, we offer customization and upgrades on the packages! If you would like, we can also include in office meetings with all of your vendors. Our goal is to ensure your wedding day is exactly how you envisioned, while creating a stress free planning process.
Invitations
50 5×7 invitations with white envelopes, and 50 3.5×5 replay cards with white envelopes.
Printed on 14pt premium coated white card stock and includes return address on both envelopes!
Perfect for weddings with 100 guests. Additional invitations start at $5 each.

Coordinator
2 weeks of coordinating assistance, and up to 8 hours onsite on your wedding day!

Up to 4 hours with one of The Event Consultants professional DJs.
Upgrades available for your DJ to provide ceremony music as well!

Our DJs are trained professionals in both sound and performance and are able to play a wide variety of music, as well as MC. We are obsessed with beautiful flowers and artful design. Love texture and interesting color combinations. Our head designer has always been creative, and finding her niche in designing flowers was the extension of her enjoyment of gardening! She brings an eye for detail, a knack for interesting color combinations, and a natural love of textural materials to her designs. We are able to provide price friendly packages by always helping you choose flowers that are in season!
Your in office consultation with our floral designer will have you leaving our office feeling like a pro!
Photography
Our highly trained and experienced photographers will capture every precious moment from your wedding!
Your photographer will be onsite for up to 8 hours, and your package will include a custom digital album!
As the saying goes, “a picture is worth a thousand words”. Our wedding photographers aim to create timeless images for every wedding. Whether you are looking at your images 3 months after your wedding, or 30 years later, you will be able to relive the best day of your life through your photos! A photographer will be available to you for up to 8 hours. Capturing you and your bridal party getting ready, until your big send off, our Photographer is there to create wonderful memorial of your special day! After the wedding your images will be uploaded to an online gallery where you can your guests can download your images. We do not hold any copyrights to your photos, so you can print them anywhere you would like! You will also receive a custom made digital album to include 20 pages of your favorite images on a perfect coffee table size album.
