With so much uncertainty in the wedding planning world, The Event Consultants is happy to to help out couples in any way we can.
Currently the State of California is allowing all ceremonies, but not receptions. While we are always hoping for the best, there is not guarantee large events (100+ guests) will be approved to happen in the fall of 2020. We have worked with many of our vendors to provide any couple interested in having a mini wedding as well as a larger celebration with 2 for 1 specials!
A mini wedding is perfect for couples who would love an intimate ceremony, with a dinner and small celebration after. Generally, a mini wedding will be 3-4 hours long and has a guest count of 25-50. The guest count should be based on the availability of being able to social distance all guests who do not live in the same household. Invitations: $5/set
Your choice of our custom designs for a digital invite as well as a full invitation suite! Save money and time by sending out a digital invite for your mini wedding.
Invitation suite includes: 5×7 invitations with white envelopes, and 3.5×5 replay cards with white envelopes.Printed on 14pt premium coated white card stock and includes return address on both envelopes!

A typical wedding can take an average of 25 hours for a Day of Coordinator, and 120+ hours as a full planner to complete all of the planning details. For the 2 for 1 package your coordinator will work closely with you to plan your mini wedding, as well as larger celebrations. I also recently became ordained, so I would be able to not only help you plan your wedding, but I could also officiate your mini wedding! This is a service I am more than happy to include in my package.
DJ: $1,295
The Event Consultants DJ will provide sound for your mini wedding ceremony, as well as a pre-made playlist for any after party. To assist in limiting the guest count of your event, the mini wedding package will mainly be an equipment rental. Booking me as your coordinator, I accept all responsibility of making any announcements, disinfecting microphones, and basic trouble shooting of all equipment. Your DJ package will also include 4 hours of your reception during your larger celebration! DJ packages include a meeting with your DJ, use of their wireless microphone, as well as a professional MC for the entire time the DJ is booked!

Videography: $1,300 Unedited and $2,200 Edited
The Event Consultants videographer will be onsite 2.5 hours during your mini wedding. Capturing every precious moment, and providing you with a clean edit for you to share with any family and friends that weren’t able to attend your mini wedding. During your larger celebration your videographer will be onsite for up to 7 hours. Your package will include up to 3 cameras, with the option to add on a drone. For our unedited package, a clean edit will be provided of all the footage. With the edited package you will receive an edited video up to 15 minutes long, with your choice of music.
Photographer: $2,400
Any of The Event Consultants Photographers will photograph both of your events. During your mini ceremony the package includes up to 3 hours. 1 hour prior to the ceremony for getting ready shots, a first look, ect… 1 hour for ceremony and family photos, 1 hour for any mini celebration afterwards. Our two for one deal also includes up to 8 hours during your larger celebration. Your package will include unlimited images with zero copyright, an online gallery of all of your images, all images will be edited for color and light correcting, as well as two digitally created photo albums!
